What People's Say About Place

We came on a Sunday night about an hour before the Commons was closing. The staff seemed a little short staffed and they had a number of orders before us. With that said, they did an incredible job in taking care of our party of 5. We have some food sensitivities in the family and they were knowledgeable in their ingredients and helped answer all the questions to ensure our food was appropriate for us. From the service, to the food itself, the team including Brandon did a phenomenal job making sure our family was taken well care of. We had the OG Burger, Delicious Burger, Chicken Sando (not pictured) Black Sesame Chicken Salad, and the Steak Frites(pictured). We’ve been going here for years and will continue to go here because we absolutely love and appreciate their hard work. Thank you again Brandon and staff for being great!

The chicken and waffles definitely lived up to the hype! This place was featured on best thing I ever ate so that is what attracted me to go there. I definitely enjoyed the meal. The vibe overall was good but only the bar is full service. Well the bartender was pretty cool he was definitely more attentive to some friends of his that were there at the bar. Not that he didn't get me my food and serve me but he was definitely way more involved in the conversation with them. I do like how the receipt was served in a book of poems which was a nice touch.

Google does specify this but there's Delicious, which is a sit down restaurant and golden brown and Delicious, which is across the hall. This review is of Delicious, let me say that the name is definitely fitting! I got the korean fried chicken sandwich and it was so good! The piece of chicken was huge, had a perfect crisp, and the sauce complimented it perfectly. Definitely would recommend, also I love the vibe!

The food was good. My wife had the chicken biscuit sandwich and she enjoyed it. I got the chicken sandwich the sauce wasn't spicy to me at least. I also enjoyed it don't know if they had a spicier option would do that. Not sure if they had coffee as an option didn't see it would of liked it but methodical coffee was right next door so could of went there. Would try the fries I'm sure they'd be good also.

Tried GB&D for lunch. Had a brisket burrito, the Greenville hot chicken sandwich, and black truffle fries. Everything was delicious and fairly priced. Definitely a good spot to grab lunch. Pleasantly surprised.

Review is specific to Delicious in the Commons. Which is good, but very inconsistent. I've ordered the lettuce wraps three times. The first time they were delicious. The second time they were okay, but I thought I maybe just came on a bad day. The third time, I'm like 60% sure they were an order of bulgogi someone didn't pick up on some lettuce. BUT the drinks are always good, and the staff is nice, and when it is good it's REALLY good.

We have been meaning to try GB&D for a long time and finally made it for lunch today. We didn't realize how large the portion sizes are so I ordered the Bird Plate (chicken tenders, fries and coleslaw) and my boyfriend ordered the Sando (the fried chicken sandwich) with a side of truffle fries (amazing)! Everything was delicious but that was a lot of fries! We brought quite a bit home. Oh well, now we know for next time!

They have moved to the Commons at unity park but the food has remained delicious! From their more upscale food, to the classics, to their new pizza endeavor.. I love it all!! I always know I’m being served good solid food at any of GB&D spots and that’s why I keep returning as a customer.
